305 TBI to 350 TPI anything im missing? what gains can i expect?

i saw the motor and the donor car, formula 350 that got rear ended by a drunk driver looked painful but the 350 tpi is intact and im buying it (bought it actually) now i just need a sort of list if anyone can help me out.
yes i have a 305 TBI and the guy said he's got the wiring harness and the ECU i need a new fuel pump? or just a different regulator? and not sure what else for this swap. the whole motor is whole and intact so im guessing it has this knock sensor thing? well i got the car and motor so thats a good thing im guessing so what can i strip off of it that i need??

Fuel pump, yes. Might as well just drop yours and put a good pump in.

The regulator is part of the TPI.

Get the engine harness, complete, & ECM. Check the rear end ratios, you might want one over the other (hard to say which one). If one is posi, keep it.

hey thanks for the reply.

the guy i bought it from said he dropped the tank and put in a new fuel pump, which i believe from the throttle response, with the car having over 200k miles.

ill have everything at my expense, he still has the formula 350 in the wreck yard, engine pulled on the stand. he said he didnt have an AFM (air flow meter)? what is this, is it a sort of MAF sensor type thing?

i just did a rear axle swap myself and i have 3.45 gears so im sure this should match up quite well with it?

thanks again
