Car: 1987 Iroc Z
Engine: was 305, now a 350 crate
under the hood wires UGH!?!?! help
Ok so i got a 350 carb crate in my iroc which took the place of a 305. I didnt instal it a NAPA place that instals american racing engines installed it. But now i have all the freaking wires and stuff im sure i dont need. So my question is for any1 that knows. What can i take out so i dont have any useless junk under my hood.

It depends on what all you want to keep. Make sure everything needed for the carbed engine is hooked up, then start disconnecting and removing anything left over. The wires for the fuel injection would be a good place to start. That cleans everything up a lot. Most of the vacuum lines (except for the heater, dizzy, and brakes) should be able to be taken off too.
