Car: 1989 Firebird Formula

Engine: 310 HSR, TFS heads, zz4 cam

Transmission: T5

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 3:70

engine swap help

i have an 89 formula 305 5spd.. i was considering purchasing an 89 corvette rebuilt block from oreilly's... wut all do i need to complete this swap, and make it run with the 5speed?

is the vette tpi a roller cam?? how much lift can the aluminum heads handle?
