305tpi to 350 w/tpi from 305
Ok, I pulled my tpi 305 with a cracked block and swapped the tpi to the 350. I run the numbers on the 350 block and found it was either a gm crate engine or came out of a gta TA. I have a 91 z-28. My question is do I need to change anything like fuel injectors or any sensors or the ecm to support the 350? The 350 was block only, I used the bracketts pulleys and tpi set up off of my 305. Also the 305 has oil coolers on it? Seems kinda weird to me. but can I just leave that off of the 350?

'91 is speed density (vs. mass air flow '85-'89). It is very sensitive to changes, including displacement. So, you need to reprogram one way or another.
Reports vary on the knock sensor, some sources say the sensor is the same 305 or 350 in the speed density systems. Check parts listings for each engine and decide for yourself which it is (or inquire on the TPI forum).
305 injectors are 19 lb/hr, 350 are 22 lb/hr. There is a little excess capacity there, again up to you whether you stick with the 305 injectors or go with the 350.
Other than that, the 305 & 350 hardware is identical.

OK thanks for the info and i have 22lb per hr injectors so I'll just go ahead and put those in. and and then figure out what I'm going to do about the rest.
