HELP!!!

Alright bought a 2nd gen that didnt run for $50 bad motor...
So I sold my third gen and bought a 350 for it.
Motor came out of a 1995 chevrolet C1500 2wd p/u and its a 5.7 (duh)
Motor has aprox 98k on it.
ran fine before we tore it out of the truck...

No I pull out the pos 305 and transmission. Hooked up a turbo 400 to the motor, and droped it it. Couldnt get it to turn over, sounded like the flywheel was stuck on something?
take the transmission out, try turning it over by hand.. IT DOESNT WANT TO ANYMORE.. before i droped it in i was able to turn it by hand.

No belts are hooked up to it, distributor is out, and so are my spark plugs, water never came out of the motor so not blown head gasket... maybe cracked head??? ideas anyone??

Re: HELP!!!

You would have noticed the flexplate was on backwards when you bolted the torque converter up.

If it ran just before it was pulled, either something was dropped into it, or it wasn't properly protected between being pulled and installed.
