I am looking ahead towards the completion of my 305 to 350 swap. I just want to be looking for needed parts on the way. I have a 90 350 going onto an 83 Z28 with T-5. I noticed the harmonic balancers of the 2 motors are different in size. The 305 is thicker. I had planned on using the 305 pulleys (all V-belt), but I am wondering if the grooves will align. The 350 had a serpentine system that I only have the crank pulley. Any suggestions or can I use the 305 crank pulley with out too many mods to the other accessory mounts?

 

The drive accessories will swap without issue between, no mods needed. They're "thickness" will not alter the fact that the crank snout betwen the 2 engines sticks out the same, so the mounting bolts of the 2 dampers sits at the same position in relation to each block.
