Well, The short version of the story is im taking the LG4 and 700R4 from my 85 camaro, and putting it in my 83 camaro.

This is my first time ever doing an engine swap, so i was hopin' you guys could give me an insight on what im venturing into. Any tips or tricks? any certain tools you could recommend.

I have a time limit that it has to be done in (2-3 days), then it has to be the reliable get me to work car my 85 camaro is :P

I plan to seperate the tranny and engine, for easy removal, i hear this is a PITA, can anyone recommend any easier ways.

So any tips and tricks, anything i shoudl know or should buy before i bury myself into this project.

Also, the engine runs flawless and perfect, but what parts do you recommend i change while the engine is out.
