Worth the swap?
thinking about swapping another 305tbi into my car. the one i got has 130k miles, has lifter tick and has fussy electronics. i can pick up another motor for $150 with less mileage, but how hard would it be to install? i don't have much experience with motors and would need help, or someone to do it. is it worth it? i really want a 305tbi car, i'm keeping mine original, and i tell you what, call me crazy, but i'm impressed with the performance they do have. its all i need. please don't tell me to get a 350.

swapping a motor wont necessarily fix the electronics.
drive the motor you have and fix the electronic issues it has. Drive it until it goes out, then put another motor in it.
