1989 305 tpi-400/406 tpi how?
Hi, im just curius as to how you can get a 406 Tpi...i i know u can slap vortec heads on there with a vortec tpi intake...but what about the whole serpintine belt drive system..does all that bolt right up?..and is there anything else im overlooking?

The block won't change what bolts up except for the location of the dipstick and the type of flexplate/flywheel due to the externally balanced crank & 2-piece rear main seal.
I hope you're not overlooking the fact that the stock factory TPI hardware will absolutely choke off a 400.
