Oil Pressure on Crate 350

So I got a crate 350 from GM Performance and I was wondering what oil pressure I should have. The car cranks and runs great but my gauge is reading 50psi at idle then goes up with the revs. I am using my old sending unit and such from the 305 so I dunno if that is a problem or not. Just worries me a bit because my other motor ran around 30psi and this one is now 50psi.

Thanks.
