i have a 700R4 and am fairly certain it wont need a rebuild however, this motor will bolt right up and really not need all that computer junk, and wiring?

i would seriously like to get rid of all the electronic crap under the hood as it in my mind clutters up the look horribly.

It's going to depend on your local emissions requirements as to what you can remove. But, barring problems with that, you can go as old school as you like.
