What would cause a new tpi pump in a tbi tank to not produce any pressure, the gas barely pours out under prime and crank positions. I dont want to pull the tank again. I had it running but only for about 10 seconds. Now it wont even start and there is only about 1 psi. Did my new pump go bad? Could i have installed it incorrectly?

 

Try the filter - it may be clogged, which could have burnt up the old pump.

 

I had a problem like that where air got trapped in the line I bled the air out by cracking open the line up at motor and pressing in the port till only gas come out on tpi motor also every time I bled air out I would spin motor over to push the air out with gas
