V6 to V8 DETAILS PLEASE

Looking for someone whom has done the swap, i need exact details on what it takes and such. I need parts list, what to expect during the job, how long it takes, tips, tricks and time saver info. If someone feels comfortable enough to list this stuff and has solidly done this type of job please email me at Dmruff1@yahoo.com i want to chat thanks..... BTW... i want to install a 305 or 350 CARB engine with a TH350 tranny.... Not gonna mess with the FI stuff. No special engine just a stock V8 for now

Look through posts on this board on this topic, and then see if you have more detail questions.

I wouldn't recommend the TH350, as it will add to the things you need to change, and isn't as good overall as a street/strip tranny. But, that's just my opinion, and you'll probably say you already have the transmission anyway. A carb will never pass emissions in a '91 car - you may say you don't have emissions now, but you don't know what the future holds.

#1 tip, trick and time saver is to sell your V-6 car and buy a factory V-8 car. But, there I go again...
