383 good deal?

I know you guys know I'm doing a swap this summer. I've got many options and I'm branching off on another right now. http://www.speedomotive.com/chevy_383_street.htm , is this a good deal? I think it is after figuring out the cost of a 383 build up. Okay, now I'm wondering what exactly I'd need to add to the short block to finish the swap into my car. I know I need all gaskets, heads, intake, distrib, sensors (knock,temp...), cam/lifters, and valve covers. What else do I need so I can figure out a final cost. Do I need a flywheel, balancer (int or ext), timing chain w/cover, water pump? I'd really like to know what I need if I went with this short block. I'm trying to see if I'll have enough money for the Adv. Flow Research 195cc heads or not.

Just my 2 cents,
If you have the money, go with the crate. I did a complete rebuild last year, (I did go all out) and ended up paying almost double of what I would have paid for any crate engine out there.
As far as what you will need, that depends on what you want to order with it, and how you'll be making it run, Carb or injected.
With the short-block you would want the heads, intake and if your going carb you wont need much else just a carb and another fuel pump......(besides the aaccessories)
