swap 305tpi to 350tpi

I got a price quote from sdpc for $1489 for a 350 #12513151. they didn't give me a whole lot of info. like the HP and Torque rating and I requested to see what I would need to replace as far as replace the computer, manifold, injectors, distributor, or will what I have in my 5.0 tpi would work for the 350. thanks

Only problem you are going to have to tackle is upgrading your fuel injectors. The 305 used little 19lb injectors while the 350 got 22lb units. Your 305 chip will even run the whole setup jsut fine- it doesn't even know the bigger injectors and added displacement are there!

I'll bet the HP and torque numbers are right around what an original GM 350 TPI motor was- somewhere around 250 HP and 350 ft/lbs torque.

Don't assume you need the larger injectors. Fellow here has a tweaked 350 TPI, and runs better times with 19 lb than 24 lb. You may be able to use your 19 lb'ers with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

I've heard people on these boards say don't do it, but when you've seen it work...
