I need to drop in the SDPC LM1 350 (pre 86) engine for about a year but it has a one piece rear main seal.what do i need two do to make it bolt up and work with my 700r4 trans do i need a new fly wheel or flex plate and will every thing else from my stock motor bolt up to it. IM going to put on set of TFS aluminum heads and a cam in about a month i just need the car working to get to my new job...

I think you have some things backwards here. The '88 engine should be a one-piece rear main seal, while '86-older would be two-piece. The only concern would be the flex plate. Just get one to match the engine.
Also, '88's had the center two intake bolts on each side at a different angle than the other intake bolts. Make sure you specify that when you order your heads.
