305 to 400 swap

If i swap motors will my computer carb and manifold work or do i have to change everything(dist,carb,manifold)????

There's no reason the computer carb and distributor won't work. Whether they can be tuned optimally for your engine is another question.

Get another intake though. Performer RPM is always a good choice.
