V6 to V8 swap in ohio

I have a 92 RS camaro with a 3.1 V6 and want to put a V8 in it. If I do it right will it pass Ohios emissions test. I have pleanty of time Because I just bought a 95 Z28 with 41000 miles so My Girlfreind said I could do what I want with the 92. Any help would be greatly apricated thanks

It will be a real pain...you have to get new everything...from tranny to computer...it would be easier to just buy a 3rd gen with a V8.........I did a 2.8, 3.4 swap..and that went pretty smooth...but I could still use...all the 2.8 parts..........

But if you ask specific questions...you will get alot of help here!
