Best Hp/Tq range for street use?

I'm swapping a 350 in soon, but haven't decided on which one to get. The 2 options i have are a used crate motor that put out 320 rwhp, or a 92 350 police engine that puts out 210 hp, in stock form. Which one would be the best for street use, and ocassional drag? Thanks.

By the way, the price difference between the 400 hp and the 210 hp engine is about $200.
