i just dont know with all that money you probably can get a 350 to be better than that. get a
zz4 base
fast burn heads
hot cam
larger tbi
different intake manafold
and all the rest of the things such as oil pan and etc and and it would be about the same price or cheeper and it would be rated somewhere around 430hp like the zz430 i think and if you want to go a little farther you can get a mini ram and make a lot more hp

they also have their enforcer500 383, it's carbed though.....507hp@ 5200 and 525 ft. lbs.@ 4800 torque doesnt drop below like 350

455 lb.ft. of torque???!!!! 525 lb.ft. of torque???!!!! Are you looking to go fast or pull tree stumps outta the ground?
Those are some serious torque #s. Is this a diesel motor? HEHE!!!
You're gonna be burning off a lotta tires man. 
That new 8100 big block in the 2001 Siverado 3/4 ton only has about 455 lb.ft. of torque. The new diesel has 520lb.ft. And that has a turbo!!! OK if you gotta a big dually, but in an f-body? THAT IS A LOT OF TORQUE!!!!
