Somebody told me that This Oldmobile place could put in a RAMJET 350 into my car for $2000 should I believe him I mean this engine has to be be way more than $2000

I have seen the RAMJET 350 in JEGS magazine
for around $5000 dollars. Maybe the $2000 bucks is for the install of the RAMJET?
