You will need a new water pump (reverse flow), swap the distributor gear from the ZZ4 on to the TPI distributor, the stock TPI will kill the power that the ZZ4 makes, get a high flow base and runners and port out the upper (or get a miniram (tpis) of supperram (Lingenfelter)) and get a bigger t-body and injectors. I am using a 58mm t-body but a 52mm is just fine. Also I think cost for power the best injectors are the 24# svo injectors but there are allot of other options.

------------------
1991 Z28 ZZ4 with LPE superram base, SLP runners, LPE 58mm T-body,Random Technology ramair,TES headers,24#svo injectors, and just about every other bolt on that there is. Just got a ZEX nitrous kit!

Also I forgot you will need a custom chip to shut off the egr (ZZ4 heads have no ports),and take advantage of the heads and cam.

Ive got a budddy whos got some 24# injectors and a T-body. How do you think it would run if i put those on and just ported the upper intake and ran that for awhile until i could afford the runners and base. Also i was wondering where you got the chip for your car.

That's reverse "rotating", NOT reverse "flow". LT1's started the reverse flow configuration.

You can plumb exhaust to the EGR 'Vette style.

Yes I did mean to say reverse rotating, and yes you can plumb it for the vette egr but its a waste of time and power if you turn it off in the prom an leave it in place on the manifold it will still pass emissions tests easily.
