will this fit

do I need a new flexplate when i go to the 350 HO from a 92 lo3 tbi auto? will the old one fit?

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
According to the info on https://www.spoperformanceparts.com/ , you need a counter-balanced flexplate or flywheel with this engine. That means it is a one-piece rear main seal, so your '92 part will work just fine.
