Switched out LG4 for a 334 do I need a new chip?

I changed out my engine about 2 weeks ago while it was running, I had to disconnect the wires to the carb to set the timing and the carb went way to rich and fouled the plugs. With the carb plugged in it wouldn't start at all. I'm running 9.5:1 compression, .030 over block, 400 crank. and my cam dur is 224-230 @50, lift is .477 .480. I'm going to be bringing the lift up once I get my 1.6 roller rockers. Am I going to need to get a chip custom burned for me or can I run the stock chip in it.

If you'll notice, the word "CARB" appears three times in his post.
