Depends upon the respective years of the TPI and 350 heads. In '87, they switched from all the intake bolts being at the same angle, to the center two on each side being at a different angle. So, if your TPI is '87-later and the 350 heads are '86-earlier, they won't match without doing some elongation of the manifold holes.
Otherwise, the 305 parts will work, but won't be optimum. For instance, the plenum restricts a 305, so it should be ported per the tech article. Also, 305s came with 19lb injectors and 350 22lb, but with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, you can overcome that. If the 350 is particularly healthy, you might want to go with 22's anyway.
The 350 will move more air than the 305 did, and the 305 exhaust is restrictive to a 305, so headers, high-flow y-pipe & cat as well as cat-back should be considered. It's also said that the ignition curve is more aggressive for 350s, so a custom or 350 chip should be helfful.
Also, in '86 they switched from a two-piece rear main seal to a one-piece design. The flex plates don't interchange, so if yours is '86-later and the engine is '85-earlier, you'll need a different flexplate. If your 350 doesn't have an oil pan, it is different as well for the same reason.
