Looking at the ZZ4 short block...will be running TPI (modified as needed). I would like to run low 12s/high 11s with a SMALL shot of NOS....can this be possible, and keep the car streetable (my daily driver...so I also want decent gas mileage) and emissions legal? If so, what combo should I go with?? If not...whats the best setup to go with that we get me as close as possible to these numbers...again...low 12s WITH NOS....thinking about 13s without. Thanks

Sounds like Kevin L.'s combo. Go search for "Kevin L" and read about what he's done. He has a LT4 hot cam kit in a ZZ4/L98 and is on the verge of 12s on the motor. He's totaly 50 state legal too except for that cam, but they can't look inside your engine can they?
