502 crate and GNX turbo

Will a 502 crate fit in my 88 SC . also are there any camaros out there with a GNX turbo under the hood ?

yes it will fit. It is the same size as big block's. It is a squeeze, but a lot of people here have big blocks. They are a lot of work.

A 502 block is the best way to get cubic inches out of a big block. It's still a standard 9.8" deck height but gets the larger displacement from a 4.5" bore +/-. It's easy to add a stroker crank and get even more cubes. If you go with a tall deck block of 10.2, You'll have to either fabricate your own headers or do some serious floor pan sectioning to get headers to clear.

I considered going to a 502/502 but it's $8500 canadian for a long block and it's not designed to be raced. If I was going to build one, I'd go with a 502 merlin block instead.
