Stripped Flexplate Bolt

I'm in the midle of swapping in a T-56 into my IROC and the bolt beside the dowel pin has rounded and I can't get to it with the tools I got. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dave...

you mean the head of the bolt right? try a pipe wrench or vice grips. if that doesn't work weld a nut on it and use a wrench on the nut

I remember what we where doing before when that was happening, we took a cut-off air tool and redid the sides on the nut but smaller.

This happen to me, the socket I was using split causing the bolt head to round off. visegrips didn't work, those bolts are really torqued on! I had to mig weld a piece of metal stock, then use a pipe a leverage to break the bolt loose. Worked great!
