help it's an emergency!

Just had my lt1 boult up by a machine shop..finally started the car and went to take out the water temp sensor and oil and water came pouring out..I don't think it's a head gasket everything is brand new..could the oil cooling lines that go into the water pump and radiator cause this? Please help

Re: help it's an emergency!

Take it back to the shop

The oil cooler runs coolant to the filter adapter to lower the oil temps to that of the coolant. No oil will mix with the water unless the adapter is damaged

Either they screwed up the build or the adapter. Its their dime regardless of the cause
