motor swapped..having problems...HELP!

Ok as most of you may already know...I just had a 350 put in my car....Ive run across a problem.
NEED ADVICE BAD!
Ok, when driving the car I could hear a small exhaust leak...the hotter the car got..the louder the leak got.I was told I needed to put on new exhaust manifold gaskets.piece of cake right? Well i started on the driver side...worked my way on the bolts from the front of the car to the back..well everything went fine but on my last bolt...as soon as it came out...antifreeze came pouring out of the hole..what the crap? This is not normal right? the front end of the car was jacked up...what could this huge leak mean?as far as i know..it wasnt leaking at all,but it started pouring out as soon as i pulled out the bolt..please help!

water came out of the exhaust manifold bolt hole? oh man, thats bad, i mean really bad. if thats the case, it sounds like the head is internally cracked, but i am trying to think where the bolt hole is in relation to the water jackets. i'd pressure test the cooling system and see if it holds, and do a compression check. sounds strange.

If you can't get a good answer here, you might want to call the GM dealership near you and ask about that. They should have a tech service line or something. If you're not getting water into the oil or vise versa, and your not burning oil or coolant, then there isn't a problem. What year is your car? I can't remember if the stock heads had bolt holes drilled into the water jackets or not. I know they are on the later models on the intake side, but I'm not sure about exhaust.

i just talked to a machine shop...they said it sounded like a punctured water jacket and as long as the bolt holds it in...its not a big deal....so hopefully thats all

Most likely somebody broke off a bolt in the hole and when they drilled the bolt out they drilled into the water jacket. Might want to put a little bit of plumber tape on bolt before putting it back.
