i have a 86 305 tpi it is slow so its time to change to bigger displacement gm crate has some good engines i was thinking about the one with 430 hp and 430 tourque what would i need to modify to put this power in that car . someone told me you blow the car to pieces but i want something that halls *** so can someone please tell me what i'll need to change

I've been thinking about putting a zz430 in my RS also.You won't be able to use your stock tpi,it won't bolt up to the fastburn heads.If you still want tpi you can use a miniramIII on it(what I'm planning),or use a carb.With the torque that motor puts out you will definately want to do some suspension mods.....subframe connectors at least....
