Swapin the 305tpi for a 350
I would Like to know if the current engine that GM performance parts is selling the 350 with vortec head would work with TPI? And if so what would be need to be swaped on to it from the 305 (fuel injectors computer, etc)

Yes it will. You'll need a TPI baseplate for vortec heads from Scoggin Dickey (www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?action=catalog_start&catid=1460)
Just swap everything over onto the new engine. You might want to go with larger injectors and a custom chip. Emmisions might be a problem depending on your area.
