Question for you all, if I want a 350 block, with the 350 TBI off a truck, can't I just pull a 350 out of a truck and make it work in my 91' Firebird? What else would I need? Would the wiring harness work from my LO3? New knock, and chip (from truck or custom burn?) I would probably add good heads, and cam. Someone tell me if this would work, or if anyone had sone it? I'm looking for the most straightforward swap possible. Thanks!

 

305 to 350 swap requires a minimum of three things:
Knock Sensor Part# 10456288
Knock Module Part# 16128261
and either (2)350 injectors Part# 17112493
or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.(or both)
Custom chip is also a good idea.
If you change the cam,stay with an EFI profile,not too much duration.
