305tbi to 350 carb or tbi

i have a 305 tbi its a 91 firebird and i was wondering if i put a 350 in with a carb instead of a tbi what would have to be done. i wanna put a carb cuz its not computerized so mods arent messing it up. whats better for me a carb or tbi and give me a list of changes needed when going from tbi to carb

keep the TBI get a single plane carb intake for it. Run low 13s easy.
