LG4 to Lb9 in an 84 Z

Right now i have an Lg4 305 runs pretty good,I also have a Lb9 from an 87 iroc, that i just put a carb and intake on.Question is,Will it fit right up to my tranny,i'm not too sure what tranny is in the 84.Also will the exhaust manifolds fit right on being that I'm going from anf Carberated Lg4 to A former Tpi Lb9 block. If theres anyone that has done this swap,Please feel free to share your experiance, good or bad,.....thankz

Yup everything should bolt right up to it.. Except for the intake manifold.. I think in 87 thats when they switched to center bolt heads. The center bolt heads, the 2 middle intake bolts were drilled for going in straight up and down.. As where the older heads (perimeter style) were drilled on an angle.

Check that out and make sure that they are the same before ya swap it out.
