How fast would a GTA350 with a new cam and carb intake be on a 84 TA??

Axle/Gears: GM Axles and GM 3.73
How fast would a GTA350 with a new cam and carb intake be on a 84 TA??
i might b able to get my hands on a GTA 350 for a good price and i was wondering if you guys would know how fast it would b if i put a better cam in it and swapped it from tpi to probably a edelbrock performer intake a edelbrock 650 carb
anybody do anything close to this?

You should be able to get into the mid 14s with a L98. The L98 has terrible flowing heads, so you really couldn't go with a much more aggressive cam, unless you work the heads some. You'll also need a new manifold for the carb. Other than that, the motor is a good 40-50 HP up from your L69.

What rear end ratio do you have? You may be able to see high 13's with excellent traction and 3.73 gears. I've never seen a stock L98 go faster than a 14.5.

well i wasnt really talking about a stock one
i was gonna put in a hi-po cam and intake and carb
and i have a single peel 3.73 rear
but im prolly gonna change to a 3.42 posi soon after i get whichever 350 i get
