Just like the topic says. What could I get for them. Thinking about buying a totaled car and to offset the cost looking into selling motor as I dont need it.

LT1 motor stuff so far:

383 LT1 Stroker project has begun.

Around here, all the wrecked TPI cars (Camaros,Firebirds and Vettes)are picked up quickly by GM Sports Salvage in San Jose,CA.
They charge about $2000 for a TPI 350 w/700R4
trans! Admittedly , this is high, especially for what amounts to a core, but that's the going rate in the Silicon Valley!Horrifying isn't it? Unless you're the seller!
Anyway, it's obviously gonna depend on the going rate in your area, but I'd guess $500-800 (for a runner)to someone that didn't just fall off the turnip truck.

Yeah, I had the chance to buy a 350 tpi from a 90 formula with edelbrock heads, cam, motor work, and shift kit for 1000 bucks.
