305 to a 350 Swap

OK, I'mtired of my little 305. I have an 89 RS with 305 TBI. I want to swap a 350 in it, but don't know what to get. Need something that is a virtual bolt-on. I was wanting to rebuild one because it would allow me to put money into when I can afford to do so. If so, what kind of block would I need to look for in a junkyard. I live in CA, so emissions in a bi***. Also, if I were to buy a new complete engine, what would everyone suggest? Can I sta TBI, or should I TPI? And any other info you can throw my way would be great! Thank you.

for a direct bolt in best thing to do would be to get a 350 long block and swap all your induction and acessories to it.
