Im looking 4 a 400 sb, or a 350 4 bolt
What is the main diffrence ?
im looking 4 power until 7000rpm max
is forged necessary? (crank)

Niether can get you to 7000 keeping it streetable. A 350 is good to around 6000 with a smooth idle, and not too much matenance. You don't need a four bolt either. You'll do just fine with a two bolt. In fact, you won't even be able to tell the difference. You won't be putting enough power out to twist the two bolt.
