Need tips '99 LS1 into '89 IROC Conv

Just got a '99 LS1 engine and 4L60E tranny to put into my '89 IROC Conv. I need technical advice such as wiring harness source and anything that can assist this project.

Painless Wiring does not have a conversion harness for the '99 LS1 yet.

Car: 86Z/92 RS Camaro

Engine: 357 vortec finished. need tuning

Transmission: Still works

Axle/Gears: need 3.73
