need help with reassembly

I was a fool and took like everything off my engine like 3 years ago and made no notes or anything but now I have a 350 all ready to drop in does any one have pics of their reassembly please any help would be appreciated

It's a tpi on mine but mostly bracket orientation and some of the lines

'86 brackets will be different than '88 brackets.

But, '86 TPI brackets will be almost the same as '82-'87 carb brackets. Look through the "father and son swap project" sticky, they put some pretty good photos in there.

My engine is carbed out of 84, well that's what it started in this car as. Have my old 305 in the floor with some brackets on it still. PM sent

Looking good twin turbo. Looks like same set up I have other than V-belt alternator. Well I tried to get some pics of my engine bay but puter ate them again. Lost all of my G14 pics same way.

ok so i have my engine in and most of the stuff on the top hooked up just need to figure out where and how to mount the pumps and alternator i am not putting back in the ac i also need to know where the little plastic hoses run to and what goes on the back port on the plenum(the furthest back port) and which line goes to the egr here are some photos of the stuff i am talking about

link isn't working get that fixed and we might be able to help you better. but the biggest port is for power brakes also one is for the fuel pressure regulator and im pretty sure one is for the vents inside the car i think but dont qoute me ill look at mine tomorrow and fill you in more

hope these help engine bay is very dirty and a mes trying to switch to carb and repainting everything plus i threw that stuff on just for pics as im switching to manual steering. the line on the valve covers passenger side runs to the throttle boddle and the drivers side runs to the plenum. the water lne on the the passenger side also runs to the throttle body and iwould be careful running plastic fittings in the waterline fittings cuz they will melt when they got hot trust me done it before lol let me no if you need pics of mounting

well we finally got it all back together had it running and after revving it a little it started to knock so after four years to finally get it back together just for this to happen is crushing

It was mostly stock the injectors were for a 350 the promprom was reprogrammed the knock sensor replaced the school was also changed for the 350 the only thing that wasn't any good was there was some old. Gas in the tank still

Today we are going to start pulling the motor again and rebuild the bottom end hopefully the block didn't get damaged anyone recommend any specifc bearing for an 87 350 motor

i think you also need a esp or esc or something for the 350 also it mounts on the firewall on the drivers side im pretty sure they are different between the to they control spark. i would get the best bearings you can afford thats my suggestions when it comes to bearings

My phone replaced esc with school.. any way as far as bearings go I don't know what brands are good never replaced bearings before this
