LT1 Acc. setup on 86 engine

my idea is to use a LT1 accessory setup on my 86 engine I'm building

NOW HOLD ON and read further before you say it can't be done

there are 3 main issue that make the 2 incompatible as I see it

1. need to drill a hole in the head for a 3rd mounting bolt for the main bracket.
2. a keyway needs to be notched into the harmonic balancer to go onto the crankshaft
3. need to use a different front crankshaft seal, which is as easy as putting an LTI seal into the old timing cover

are there any other issue I haven't came across?

The SBC stuff isnt exactly hard to find or expensive

LT1's don't use a waterpump pully, the belt routing would be almost impossible without another idler pully somewhere, or moving the tensioner, trying to figure that out would not be worth the time iteslf for the reason that Pocket said.

Maybe he's got an electric WP and wants serp to go around it

Even then a combo of summit brackets would be easier for the essentials like PS pump and alt. Using the LT1 bracket is usually a mix of component delete idlers and a few usable accessories, plus the extended PS lines muck up a clean install
