Re: 1992 v6fi to 350 carb

1) You need a return-style fuel pressure regulator like the Mallory 4309 - only a return-style regulator will work. They are not cheap, there is no cheap alternative, new they are about $90 - might find one on ebay used that's cheaper, but being used it may need a new diaphram, so might as well bite the bullet and get a new one. Do a search on summitracing.com for Mallory 4309.

2) For the transmission, check the transmission section here and do a search - basically, if you have the right length tailshaft on the TH350 (9 in), then all you need is the tunnel mount for the torque arm as the TH350 never had a torque arm mount on it like the 700R4 does. There is also available a new crossmember that has the torque arm mount on it. If you have the shorter 6in tailshaft TH350, then you will also need a longer driveshaft. There will be alot of info in the transmission section here on the swap, it's done alot. Just type "TH350 swap" into the search box above.

3) Same for the 'linkage' issue - search the threads in the tranny section - there may be a sticky as well at the top of the section. 700R4 uses a shifter cable, I have no idea on the TH350, but I assume it's the same - might need a different cable or something I'm not sure.
