Details on problems after swap
383 stroker, zz4 block, 85 tpi, 88 iroc body. The brake is hard (vacuum issue), Crank pressure is very high (pops the pcv out), oil is smoking from the passenger side header, will not run after repeat stop and go (or long use), It gets how quickly with the use of a thermostat (160), Oil was in the plenum and white smoke comes out the throttle body, heavy smoke out the exhaust under hard acceleration, noisy lifters, high idel in park 2000rpm (drops to 700 in gear), and accleration is very weak (stutters at low rpm, evens out, then just revs above 3500rpm. Lots of problems again i think most point to the intake manifold not being sealed. What do you guys think?

Dang, dude, that sounds nasty!
What kind of rings did you use? Did you make sure NOT to line up the gaps?
High crankcase pressure can sometimes be due to ring blowby or or even a screwed up piston and or too much back pressure. I've heard rumors of EGR systems doing strange things like this, but I dunno for sure...
I hope you figure it out! Would be nice if a new set of intake gaskets would fix ya up, but it sounds more serious than that.
This isn't a joke post, is it?
