350 honing

I have a 350 I'm going to build and I bought the block and stored it for a few weeks. Without me know some water got into a few of the cylinder walls and form and small bit of rust and I was wondering if I could get it honed or shaven. If I did this would I have to buy new pistons or maybe bigger rings? Or is my only way to bored it out bigger to somthing along the line of a 383?

Surface rust will hone out with no problem.
