my 84 project car
tell me what you think i should do first from what see in the pics i plan on doing the inside over putting new seat and carpet i want to no opinions on what people think i should do on the car i will keep ppl postede with new pics of what ive done help would be much apreciated

Interesting. Looks like an L69 without AC.
I'd get ducts & scoops on the air cleaner first. Then I'd do headers.

Depends upon your definition of worth. You can certainly make the 305 run a lot better than it does. But, you won't be able to make it run as well as a 350 with the same things done to it.
The good news is headers would support either one.
