Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
There is a tech article on converting from EFI to carb linked from the thirdgen.org home page. It is also linked as a sticky in the Carburetor forum.
Some things you might want to be aware of: The 327 heads did not have hardened exhaust valves & seats for unleaded gasoline. Unless that has been done to them since, you may have issues with seat recession. Also, most 327 heads did not have the accessory bolt holes in the ends of the heads, so you may have issues mounting your 305 accessories on the 327 (it's typically easier to use the stock accessories when doing an engine swap - the serpentine system is superior to the old V-belts in every way).
