Help me find a cam for my 383 setup

I haven't bought anything yet, but I've been planning on running this setup, and I need help finding a cam that gives me good horsepower but doesn't suck up all my gas...

Here's what I've got planned so far...

350 block bored 30 over
Compression 10:1
crank scat steel 3.75 inch
Rods scat 5.7 inch H-beam
Pistons/rings federal mogul forged, 1/16 inch rings
Oil pump Melling standard pump
Oil Pan milodon 5 qt.
rocker arms Roller 1.5:1
Cylinder Heads 220cc runner size, chamber size 72 cc
Valve sizes 2.08/1.60 inch
Intake Edelbrock pro-flo EFI single plane
carburetor 1000 cfm throttlebody 36 lb injectors
ignition MSD-6a
Headers 1 3/4

Any camshaft suggestions? I'm Aiming for 400 hp

Why such BIG heads for a low Hp street 383?
Most run 195's

Also current thinking is to have as small as possible chamber (< 64cc ); makes for better combustion and spark propagation

Its a 350 sbc 1996-2000 block from summit racing, already bored out 30. over.

The heads are iron. I don't think putting aluminum heads on an iron block is a good idea. Just my opinion.

Because aluminum expands quicker than iron. I'm not saying its a bad idea, as aluminum heads are great, but I just personally wouldn't mix.

Your opinion has been disproven for over 50 years and millions of engines and miles.
