350 Help.
Heres the deal i recently bought a 350 off of an older farmer to replace my 305. 305 Has almost 200k miles so i think its time for an upgrade. Dont really know what i have so maybe yall could help me out. He only had 1 head for it though so i need to know if i should find another head like this one or if i need to find new heads or maybe a diffrent motor.

14093638...350...87-95...one-piece rear seal ...2 or 4 bolt mains ...Roller or flat tappet cam is what I found for it. Just your everyday 350.

Re: 350 Help.
Those heads are from a 283 or 327 from 1960 - 1967. Sionce you only have one, not worth the effort to find another - especially since they won't have acce3ssory bolt holes in them. Look at another set of heads.

Re: 350 Help.
Yup; yerbasic relatively late-model 350 block.
The head is some of the ultimate lowest-perf crap from the late 60s. Lowest of the low from that era, would have been on the lamest 2-bbl motors. Throw it away and move on.
