305 Heads
Hello All,
I am in the process of rebuilding my 305 HO engine out of my 84 z-28.
For the life of me ,I canr get the heads off.I have checked and have
removed all 17 bolts from the heads.Have tried a rubber mallet,but no luck.
Any suggestions beside using a flathead screwdriver and a hammer?

piece of 2x4 with heavy hammer tap all around.
remember there are two dowel pins one at each end
